Wild Waters Rules and Regulations

  • NO Glass Containers – Glass is not allowed on the premises for safety reasons.

  • NO Alcohol – Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

  • NO Music – Personal music players are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment.

  • Parent/Guardian Supervision Required – Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.

  • Children Under 7 – Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Flotation Devices – Children using flotation devices must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Respect Pool Assistants – Our pool assistants are here for your safety. Please respect their instructions.

  • Proper Swimwear Only – Only appropriate swimwear is allowed in the pools.

  • NO Pass-Outs After 12pm – Once inside, there will be no re-entry after 12pm.

  • NO Pets Allowed – For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.

  • NO Jumping the Queue – Kindly wait your turn; holding spots or jumping the queue is not allowed.

  • No Rain Checks – Wild Waters does not issue rain checks due to inclement weather conditions.

  • Pool Operations During Rain – All pools and attractions will remain open during rain showers, except during periods of lightning.

  • Power Outages – Wild Waters is not responsible for power outages caused by Eskom.

  • Failure to Comply – Failure to obey the rules may result in being asked to leave the premises.
