NO Alcohol – Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
NO Music – Personal music players are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment.
Parent/Guardian Supervision Required – Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
Children Under 7 – Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Flotation Devices – Children using flotation devices must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Respect Pool Assistants – Our pool assistants are here for your safety. Please respect their instructions.
Proper Swimwear Only – Only appropriate swimwear is allowed in the pools.
NO Pass-Outs After 12pm – Once inside, there will be no re-entry after 12pm.
NO Pets Allowed – For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
NO Jumping the Queue – Kindly wait your turn; holding spots or jumping the queue is not allowed.
No Rain Checks – Wild Waters does not issue rain checks due to inclement weather conditions.
Pool Operations During Rain – All pools and attractions will remain open during rain showers, except during periods of lightning.
Power Outages – Wild Waters is not responsible for power outages caused by Eskom.
Failure to Comply – Failure to obey the rules may result in being asked to leave the premises.
